Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Battery System R&D Organization
• Provide leadership to fast-growing Battery System R&D organizations, including 3 departments (System integration, Mechanics, BMS development) approximately 50 members
• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the technology roadmap & Products development
• Provide executive level reporting regarding new technology and business direction
• Provide regular market insights to ensure our technology strategy stays current and contributes to our competitive advantage
• Leading development projects through development project scheduling, budgeting and management
• Responses to technical requirements in the RFP/RFQ and uses internal infrastructure to lead R&D for new technology proposals and applications
• Ensure we have an efficient way to meet international certification standards and requirements
• Development Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting Management
• Provide Technical Advisor & Technical Consulting (Customer Meeting, Cost Estimation, etc.)
• Collaborate across functional and product area boundaries to bring the best of SolarEdge to the customer
