This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic media programs, working closely with the media strategist(s), agencies and publishers to drive the execution of media and digital campaigns. You will be working closely with field marketing teams to create custom content to drive engagement and consideration for Dell Technologies solutions and offering.

You will also be expected to support the team on budget tracking and management. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for details, with excellent project management and communications skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior media marketing experience (B2B preferred) and the ability to speak and read Japanese are a must.

As this role will report into a regional team, strong command of English and experience working in a multi-cultural setting will be a distinct advantage.

As Advisor, APJ Media Program Activation, you will develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increasing marketing effectiveness and improving customer site engagement.

You will be working with a world-class media organization driving media innovation to reach our B2B audience. You will develop and implement media marketing campaigns to generate product signals, optimize online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and drive self-serve buyers. You will also drive analysis to deliver media efficiencies.


Key Responsibilities

- Media program activation and project management: Supporting media strategist(s) in media and digital campaign execution, including content creation, vendor funding compliance, reporting, ensuring delivery of assets for timely execution.

- Content co-ordination: working with various internal and external stakeholders for the various form of content: Social, OA/Display, Video, rich ad formats, custom content, traditional media such as print.


• 5+ years of experience in media marketing or related fields, and in working with media agencies or vendors

- Keen interest in Tech industry and B2B marketing

- Excellent English language proficiency and proofreading skills

- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and adept at PowerBI (or equivalent) dashboard

- Experience with Adobe Analytics a plus

- Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders and managing tasks with minimal supervision
