As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products Team, you will lead complex client requests, train staff, and drive project initiatives, ensuring seamless loan servicing operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process line of credit and loan transactions using ACBS and Loan IQ systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting with internal partners and resources.
- Train new and existing staff, creating training materials for process and system updates.
- Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency and customer experience enhancements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple loan servicing functions.
- Create and execute UAT testing scripts across various platforms.
- Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Existing Grade 450 - Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.
- High productivity and quality performance, ranking in the top 30% of the current team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
