As a Product Manager, you know what it takes to design, develop and drive the adoption of great digital products and services.
Your key responsibilities
Working with strategists, designers, developers and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for concepting, designing, and developing digital products and services that address a market opportunity.
You will create personas, conduct product research to inform concepts and new features, design products, and develop the corresponding user stories and requirements. You will manage the product backlog, work day-to-day with the engineering teams to clarify requirements and recommend alternative approaches to meeting business requirements when necessary.
You will conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback, usage of the product and key metrics, with an eye toward continuously improving the product and user experience.You also will drive ongoing market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and product roadmap.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of solid product management experience
- Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly, and execute independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills
- Passion for creating products and experiences that resonate with users and demonstrate strong adoption
- Proven track record of success launching and iterating customer-facing digital products
- Ability to synthesize input and insights from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly
- Experience working in Agile, with generative AI, on mobile product development, and on customer-facing digital products
- Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
