Demonstrated track record in B2B product management delivering features that solve core customer needs, coupled with familiarity with the financial technology industry and the needs of medium-sized businesses. Experience with the Construction and or Professional services industries is preferred.
Ability to translate the needs of ‘buyers’ in the B2B sales cycle into features that significantly reduce work or increase value for the ‘employee’ user of the product.
Ability to uncover customer needs and astutely leverage internal and external technologies to create innovative solutions, including adept use of artificial intelligence and automation
Can fluidly operate at multiple levels, from distilling insights and presenting to leadership as well as getting involved at the ground level and sweating the details
Experience working in complex, high-stakes environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity, coupled with a strong bias for action
Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-obsessed work environment
