Key Responsibilities:
- Foster an agile ways of working culture within the team, including commitments to attend and contribute to effective agile ceremonies such as stand ups, refinement, planning and retrospectives
- Implement and maintain digital scrum boards for enhanced transparency of tasks, progress and blockers.
- Facilitate a collaborative culture within the team, with other stakeholders and with Product Owners.
- Leverage digital reporting and analytics tools to measure and analyse key agile metrics such as burndown charts
- Use appropriate tools to identify, assess and manage risk and issus, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
- Work with the team and release team to get code tested, reviewed and merged in a timely manner. Manage the merge slots and support any remediation actions on keeping the pipeline unblocked
- Work with the Delivery Manager and Product Owner on regular refinement of the Product Roadmap
- Support the backlog prioritisation process with the team and Product Owner(s) to optimise product development
- Engage with the cross team Delivery Scrum of Scrums (SOS) to share learnings and best practice with other scrum masters within the Non-Asylum delivery team.
- People management (personal development, mentoring, onboarding, recruitment, etc.)
