Come and be a part of a dynamic team at the Ohio Assembly Plant. OHAP produces three models (Econoline, SuperDuty, and Medium Truck) configurations for the commercial market. The plant is undergoing a site expansion right now that will be the home a of brand new BEV. We are looking for a dynamic personality that has strong business acumen as well as the ability to relate with our operating partners. Candidate must excel in modeling changes that occur regularly to help make better decisions for the company. Cost Savings opportunities need to be driven by this position and needs to have a continuous improvement mindset. Looking for a change agent that will find and implement new technology to the assignment to modernize how the controller’s office and operating team operates. You will be required to be in-person for this assignment, as we support production facility requiring face to face meetings.
