Job Summary:

  • In this role, you will be an essential part of the People Tech Workforce Enablement team, leading and delivering on multiple initiatives that drive People technology products and services.

  • You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering features which are part of critical roadmaps and drive customer satisfaction goals for the Global People Services.

  • You will collaborate and develop deep partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the business such as Workday, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, SAP, Finance, Store Operations, People Services, Human Resources, and others to identify opportunities, solve problems and developing new propositions that drive value for our customers.

  • This is a very high visibility role where we operate in a very dynamic and agile environment. You need to be very comfortable in working through ambiguity, define direction for your team and be ready to roll up your sleeves to execute. With strong collaboration skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, you'll succeed in this role.



What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-level strategic alignment of OKRs and annual planning across a Workforce Enablement Programs

  • Coordinate the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks that may affect the delivery of the program's OKRs and business capabilities

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication regarding the planning and execution of program's goals and commitments

  • Ensure organizational OKRs are met within the agreed to budget across program delivery

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business organizations to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time to meet business OKRs.

  • Effectively work with project team to estimate Level of Effort, risk and mitigation plans and uses data to drive prioritization


What You'll Bring:

  • Experience leading IT initiatives across various project management methodologies (Primary focus on Agile Project Management)

  • Experience in creating and improving Project Management methods and standards

  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior technical program managers

  • Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms and are equally adept in communicating upwards to the executive level, outwards, and downward

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues

  • Knowledge of and experience in managing full end to end complex projects is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
