Analyzes, interprets and ensures compliance with legal governing agreements, unique to each transaction, to determine accurate and timely completion of the regulatory obligations. Performs independent quality control reviews for new transactions, Regulation 9 account investments and other periodic targeted reviews to ensure transactions are properly established to mitigate potential risk and/or exposure to the bondholders and the bank. Ensures proper application of and adherence with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of related experiencePreferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced working knowledge of corporate trust compliance, audit and risk, and related policies, procedures and regulations
- Experienced in working with internal units as well as examiners and auditors
- Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential risk
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work experience in trust, paralegal, audit, risk management or operations preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
