Knowledge Management – Supervising Associate
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote
Your key responsibilities
- Oversee IT Services knowledge content, ensuring timely reviews, effective task management, and prompt remediation of outdated or incorrect information, in line with defined standards and policies.
- Identify engage and educate Product Experts on KM best practices and continuous delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, acting as a role model to support their development and growth.
- Continuous improvement of the knowledge database based on internally policy, knowledge consumption metrics and client feedback.
Skills and attributes for success
- Good knowledge of IT Services functions and ITIL.
- Solid presentation skills, and an ability to influence an audience of technical experts of content quality.
- Possess an innovative mindset, open to share new ideas and work comfortably within global teams
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Prior experience with Content Managing and Community engagement.
- Working experience with ServiceNow, preferably with the Knowledge Management application.
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A KCS Certification
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation training, or higher level of ITIL Certification.
- Experience with data summarization and visualization tools
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
