Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
Experience in a leadership role.
Ability to provide data-driven strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders, including both external and internal executives.
