The integrated Controllership Delivery team is dedicated to supporting controllership on the highest priority global initiatives, aiming to accelerate delivery on both external and internal commitments simultaneously mitigating risks. This is accomplished through a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, close collaboration with project owners to liaise with internal audit, finance quality assurance, Citi Program Management Council (CMPC), and manage expenses effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Provide Leadership and program management of the projects that support a functional area.
Lead, influence, drive and set regional approach / strategy, within global frameworks; Lead elements of global programs.
Contribute to the direction and strategy of the wider project team.
Be considered a senior leader within Finance; will face off to global and regional Finance management, cluster/country senior Finance or Technology management, as well as to global functional leads.
Liaise with various departments such as internal audit, finance quality assurance, and program management council.
Ideal Background:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of relevant work experience with proven program management / governance experience using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor and report on concurrent, multiple projects in a multi-cultural environment delivering results with virtual teams.
Fluent English language skills.
Excellent project planning / organizational skills, including the ability to lead project teams towards clear delivery plans across geography, function and other organizational structures. PMP or other Project Management certification a plus.
Well-versed and thorough knowledge of financial processes end to end, systems, measures and concepts on products.
Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
Experience and ease in interfacing with senior management of different stakeholder groups (including Technology Teams, Internal Audit, Senior Management, etc.).
Knowledge and experience of the regulatory reporting.
