Your impact
Duties include:
- Design and review ICA scope, BIM, specifications, drawings and Bill of Quantities for all ICA works from client briefs that are specific for the project.
- Present, communicate, and coordinate ICA design, technical input and scope with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and design instrumentation and control content of P&IDs.
- Design and Develop control system architecture, wiring, loop, network, layout and other drawings as required.
- Liaise and coordinate relevant technical matters with other disciplines.
- Ensure that consistent quality standards and conformance with design plans/ specifications are maintained across the project and coordination with Lead ICA engineer to ensure consistency across projects.
- Write technical reports and specifications including control narratives and functional descriptions for control systems.
- Support site supervision and plant commissioning activities when required.
Here's what you'll need
To be a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, with minimum 10 years relevant experience in instrumentation and controls design engineering.
- Experience in large infrastructure projects in Singapore with experience in the ICA engineering and/or testing commissioning of water/wastewater treatment plants would be an added advantage.
- Experience in ethernet and fieldbus network design and network architecture and implementation on digitalisation.
- Exposure and basic understanding of cyber security implementation on Operation Technology (OT) network design.
- Experience with PUB projects would be an added advantage.
- Experience working with BIM and 3D models would be an added advantage.
