In this role you

The MRB Coordinator plays a critical role on our Factory Quality team by coordinating and administering the movement and dispositioning of materials via Nonconforming Materials processes. Working with internal and external cross-functional teams, this position ensures the timely processing and disposition of products and materials in compliance with quality and regulatory standards and requirements.

Your role:

• Responsible for timely creation and processing of nonconforming records for nonconforming material within the warehouse.
• Leads delivery hold activities and execution. Directs others within the team to complete hold tasks required.
• Manages daily management board data and leads meetings.
• Responsible to champion lean initiatives, continuous improvement and complete QEKs, VSMs.
• Establishes area metrics and responsible for monitoring them to meet performance targets.

You're the right fit if:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a Regulated industry, medical device industry desired.
• Prior experience in working in a manufacturing or warehouse related environment, required. Understanding of CAPA, as well as global medical device regulations, requirements and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, and EU MDR.
• Previous experience leading/managing teams preferred.

The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $26 - $38, Hourly.
