Who You Are

• Early in career professional with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related degree path. For example:
• Recent graduate (within 12 months) or in your final year of studies towards aBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related degree path
• 1-yearMaster’s degree in Accounting or Financewith no gap betweenundergradand master’s program
• Passion for Corporate Finance
• Proven leadership experience
• Open minded and willing to take constructive feedback to improve

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college oruniversity orhave received a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
• Early in your finance career (ex: recent graduate within 12 months from a 4-year university studying Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business-related major etc.)

• Available to start as part of a cohort on August 11,2025as a full-time employee
