What You’ll Own:

• You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to deliver on high complexity project strategy and plans

• You will focus on projects that are part of our key priorities of Capital One’s senior leadership

• You will support the planning, designing, managing, and execution of program strategy and project plans to ensure delivery in a dynamic environment

• You will build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders at all levels to understand challenges and drive results

• You will creatively solve problems and think outside of the box to help remove barriers and challenges

• Creates executive-ready presentations and materials

• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent strategic problem solving, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 1 years of experience in project or program management

• At least 1 years of experience supporting or working within technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Program Management

• 1+ years of corporate management consulting experience

• 1+ years of experience working in a cloud environment

• 1+ years of Financial Services industry experience

• Lean Six Sigma Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification

McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber Risk & AnalysisThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
