- Balancing real vs. perceived needs and managing inventory to meet organizational needs- Effectively identifying and communicating program-level challenges and constraints- Configuring and adding hardware to an automation lab- Helping to triage issues with development hardware and automation lab infrastructure
- Outstanding hardware & software debugging and troubleshooting skills are a must
- 3+ years of experience with UNIX-like systems, comfortable working from the command line
- 3+ years of experience with test engineering and the software development lifecycles
- In-depth expertise of Apple product lifecycles
- Able to maintain a large inventory with high accuracy
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to many different teams
- Experience scripting in Python or shell languages
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Experience in aggregating and analyzing data in Splunk
- Ability to use Ansible to configure automated infrastructure
