As an Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our technology partners worldwide. You will play a crucial role in crafting the partnership strategies, aligning business goals with technology solutions, and ensuring mutual success.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new technology partners to enhance our product offerings and market reach.
- Manage all aspects of partner relationships, including negotiation of contracts, collaboration on joint solutions, and coordination of marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure partnership alignment with company strategy and goals.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to continuously optimize partnership strategies.
- Represent the company in external meetings with partners, at industry events, and during joint selling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements associated with partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in alliance or partnership management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the global technology market and key players.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams in a multicultural environment.
