As a Solutions Architect II, you will be responsible for:

• Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists
• Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations
• Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel
• Tracking progress and regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Stepping through anomalies/failures and provide expert guidance to resolution

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (or equivalent certifications)
• Have 6+ years experience in a technical capacity as a vendor for large enterprises
• Have prior experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer facing role
• Have 2+ years experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as Kubernetes, Docker, Balancing, NGINX
• Have a clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (REST over HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
• Have prior experience with API development, technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF
