About the role
The internship will be for a period of up to 12 months, during this time the student must be active in the university.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Administering credit policies and procedures to minimize credit losses and maximize collection.
- Reviews and/or reconciles data to support business processes.
- Administering Account payable procedures to ensure consistency with global processes and maximizes operational efficiency.
- Consistently seeking ways to make department more efficient in the way we capture, process, and disseminate data/information.
- Actively participates in both system and process improvements.
- Create documentation for department procedures as required.
- Support internal and/or external audits as required.
- Support adhoc requests and special projects as required.
- Timely communication to internal and external customers
- Assist with gathering and reporting of department metrics.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Prioritize and effectively manage time to meet required deadlines, achieve set goals and meet service level agreements of internal customers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 70% of studies completed and currently enrolled in the university in Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Hands on and proactive
- English Level desired: 60%.
- Desirable knowledge in: SAP, Planning, Microsoft Office Advanced (Excel is a must).
- Available for a temporary position (6-12 months).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables
