Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in legal, risk, compliance or audit.
5 years of experience in Audit or Compliance leadership role(s) in the industry.
Preferred qualifications:
One or more relevant professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CMA, CA/CPA, etc.).
Experience with compliance assurance in large, tech-driven organizations, performing risk assessments, and identifying associated controls across all areas of the business.
Experience leading and transforming a global organization.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance testing methodologies, and risk management principles, with experience engaging with and building strategic relationships with regulators.
Ability to motivate, develop, and manage multi- disciplinary teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, including ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.
