Job Description
- Understand the public hospital dynamics and monitor government policy and regulation in order to build up the Public market strategy and counter action,
- Fully digest VBP policy and updated situation and work closely with channel and sales team to create the proper pricing strategy and counter programs
- Responsible to lead new product introduction (NPI) & innovations by developing product strategy in Public Channel, launch plan, communication assets, internal trainings, marketing campaigns, and monitoring dashboards for the success launch with exceptional customer experience and growth of Invisalign share of chair;
- Co-work with channel team in order to build up the strategy for distributor management and also robust partnership to drive business growth in Public channel;
- Build up relationship with KOLs such as University professors, orthodontic associations and communities along with clinical and sales team;
- Analyze market and competitor intelligence to identify industry trend and Align’s competitive advantage. Understand dental HCPs and stakeholders to identify customer insights and use data analysis for making solid marketing plans and strategy decision;
- Drive Invisalign’s adoption and utilization growth in HCP segments by segmented customer growth strategy, differentiated marketing offering/solutions, leading executions, and analysis on ROI & improvements;
- Lead or collaborate commercialization projects with defining project scope, managing project milestone and timeline, coordinating stakeholder responsibilities and executions to deliver the success project outcome and desired KPIs;
- Organize professional marketing events, e.g. forums, exhibitions, seminars to promote Invisalign branding and portfolio to dental communities. Develop compelling communication message and assets. Leverage digital marketing tools to amplify communication and commercialization;
- Work with KOLs for professional endorsement, partnership in commercialization;
- Manage marketing budget to maximize investment outcome. Manage venders for timely and qualified delivery;
- Produce and develop reports for tracking the progress and growth of the business (including forecasting of forthcoming business trends); post-sales duties (researching status of customer orders), providing information on possible product problems, forecasting for designated product lines;
- Liaise, develop and lead marketing efforts in cooperation with the APAC marketing team;
- Interact with professional customers through company channel marketing programs;
- Develop and implement marketing activities, including all professional, practice and creative development, collateral materials, localization, translation and distribution, and so on.
Requirements
- years in marketing related roles; proven track record on marketing; Extensive marketing skills in healthcare industry;
- Customer focus while as strategic thinking;
- Skillful at project management, communication & presentation;
- Ambitious, strong execution and result-oriented mindset;
- Business acumen in translating customer needs / data analysis results to business opportunities; awareness of financial, operational and marketing concepts;
- Good spoken and written Chinese & English;
- A team player;
- Resilience and adaptability;
- Able to travel extensively within China (about 30% of working hours).
Education [Degree or equivalent experience]
- Master or above is a plus;
- Sales & Marketing experience in healthcare industry;
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
