Shopper Excellence Manager
Your role:
- In this role you will be responsible for setting or translating the right and relevant strategy as well as targets for In Store Excellence & Online Excellence aligning with Commercial Leader, Consumer Marketing Leader and Western Europe team.
- You will enable the organization with tooling and analytics to help identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals.
- In this highly collaborative and cunsumer oriented role, you will maintain strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customers’ needs/requirements, consumer and shopper behaviors as well as category strategies to achieve Point Of Sales excellence with win-win mindset.
- You will closely collaborate with sales channel leaders, Consumer Marketing Managers, Shopper activation managers and Market Insight & Analytics for continuous improvement on fundamentals.
- You will be responsible for staying above Chinese wall, providing promo Go to Market guidelines while driving value creation and extraction via orchestrating promo calendar and driving promo effectiveness targets.
- You will work on plannig, spending and optimizing A&P budget for making sure that marketing plans are translated into set to win and optimized omnichannel shopper activation plans that are executed with excellence.
- You will be part of the Trade & Shopper IIG team, reporting to the Trade & Shopper Manager.

You're the right fit if:
- You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree In marketing or business administration
- You have acquired around 5 years of experience preferibly with a background in sales excellence and shopper marketingor as a category manager.
- Your skills include strong analytical and strategic thinking, consumer first mindset and excellent stakeholder management and negotiation
- You are a natural storyteller and digital savvy
- You have good communication skills and excellent command of English and Italian
