Supply Chain Senior Analyst (m/f/*)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Creating and distributing reports to support network and manufacturing planners; handling OEM capacity portals for automotive customers
- Managing exceptions throughout the global distribution network, determining how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory, and cost, in the best interest of the supply chain as a whole
- Being accountable for inventory (NWI) and planning parameters
- Proactively communicating supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuity
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (EMEA and Global Business, Sourcing, Lean Value Stream Manager, IBP, Manufacturing) to highlight and resolve gaps, challenges, and operational performance issues
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Relevant experiences in Supply Chain Planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English – spoken and written (B2)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- APICS
- Multi-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP knowledge is plus
