Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Process Associate – Insurance (Policy Admin), you will be involved in the management and servicing of insurance policies. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinate activities associated with Policy Admin
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and follow standard SOPs.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate (except B.Tech/Technical Graduation/Law) with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the Insurance domain
- Accurately process Life and Annuity Insurance Policy tasks
- Handling of policy administration requests, review of requests, processing, and request for additional documents if required
- Readiness to work in shifts as needed for the job
- Strong communication abilities with fluency
- Ability to work under pressure
