Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Process Associate – Insurance (Policy Admin), you will be involved in the management and servicing of insurance policies. You should be flexible to work in shifts.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate activities associated with Policy Admin
  • Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
  • Adhere to SLAs and follow standard SOPs.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Graduate (except B.Tech/Technical Graduation/Law) with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the Insurance domain
  • Accurately process Life and Annuity Insurance Policy tasks
  • Handling of policy administration requests, review of requests, processing, and request for additional documents if required
  • Readiness to work in shifts as needed for the job
  • Strong communication abilities with fluency
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
