WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and availability
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
- Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning
- Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches
- Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations
- Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
- 7+ years relevant experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Master Architect (CTA/CMA) certifications.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience with governance of ServiceNow in medium-large enterprises.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external services.
- Experience building automations within ServiceNow
- Experience with creating and managing Virtual Agent.
- Experience creating architecture and process flow diagrams and documentation.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Additional ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist.
- Experience with Zendesk, FreshService, and Jira Service Management
- Experience with administering ServiceNow in a GCC environment.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements (FedRAMP experience is a bonus)
- Experience with UI Builder development and managing Configurable Workspaces.
