▪Serve as a platform technology ambassador to establish engagement with large cross-functional teams, align and coordinate engineering efforts to generate systematic, high-quality learning and solutions.▪Advocate for optimal product outcomes with a comprehensive understanding of technology trade-offs and a strategic mindset.▪Identify and resolve conflicts, interdependencies, and development risks quickly and efficiently.▪Possess a strong technical background and the ability to efficiently capture complex and challenging engineering issues during rapid development iterations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field minimum with 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in driving technology development projects in R&D environments or similar early-phase stages.
  • Experience in program management or technical project management that involves multi-functional teams across various engineering fields.
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Physics, or a relevant engineering field with 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels in the organization, including both working-level alignment and presentation to executive management.
  • Strong planning, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Proven leadership experience on cross-functional hardware development projects.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in process development, equipment development, characterization, and data analysis.
  • Experience working in consumer electronics products related to display, optics, precision instruments, module process, and materials.
