Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments.
- 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in a matrixed environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of large-scale mission critical facility’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
- Excellent requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment skills.
- Excellent attention to detail skills with the ability to heighten the capability of follow-through, update to conditions previously reported to business leadership.
