As an Aircraft Dispatcher within Aviation, you will provide scheduling services for all JPMorganChase, NetJet, and chartered aircraft.

Job responsibilities:

• Liaison with all Aviation departments (Pilots, Flight Attendants, Mechanics) on trip briefings and trip planning
• Monitors weather and adjusts flight timings or routes accordingly
• Examine airports for suitability and reviews runways to ensure performance is met for specific trip assigned aircraft
• Liaison with lead passenger teams, providing exceptional customer service
• Implements and maintains the Safety Management System
• Review and approve vendor invoices
• Familiar with SIFL reporting requirements
• Familiar with international and domestic operations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• FAA Dispatcher license is required
• Minimum 5 year scheduling or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Possesses proven oral communication skills
