Proven experience in technical leadership: At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams responsible for cross-functional systems work (hardware/software/silicon).

Track record of proactive execution: Highly skilled at anticipating risks, identifying next steps, and ensuring tasks and issues are driven to resolution without lingering or ambiguity.
