- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
- 5 years of experience coordinating or managing resources for data center locations, and leading operational or project based work and tasks.
- Experience overseeing technical and non-technical groups to drive business outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in global operations across multiple countries and cultures.
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex international environment.
- Ability to manage security operations, security personnel, and to deliver high-quality, customer-oriented security programs.
- Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
- Excellent leadership skills.
