Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in privacy compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
5 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
An advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, compliance) or a recognized compliance certification.
Experience managing complicated workstreams and teams.
Excellent problem solving skills and experience in bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations.
Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, executive management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
A proactive and strategic mindset, focused on identifying potential risks and developing innovative solutions to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate potential issues.
