Your Impact

• Engage with assigned customer accounts to accelerate their value realization by assisting in the deployment of Nexus Smart Switches and Hypershield into customer networks to ensure their success.
• Build deep technical relationships with key customer team members and be a trusted advisor
• Bring your customer's expertise to collaborate with engineering and support teams to unblock customer issues
• Build and conduct workshops, training material, reference architectures, product documentation, and any relevant artifacts that would help us provide additional value to our customers, deepen their understanding of our technology, and run the most reliably in production

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and managing Cisco Nexus switches or Cisco devices OR minimum of 5 years of experience configuring and managing networking infrastructure from another major vendor
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Linux
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience securing operating system (OS) instances, applications, and/ordistributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard methodologies for operating systems security and their application in cloud-native technologies and environments
• Evidence of direct experience using network troubleshooting tools, including but not limited to packet capture and analysis utilities
• Proven familiarity with tools and technologies for automating repetitive tasks
• Experience with designing and implementing security solutions across multiple platforms
• A solid understanding of the pillars of observability
• Prior experience working with and supporting open source software (OSS)
• Ability to provide well-structured reasoning and insights about various cloud-native technologies and security frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to make informed recommendations based on technical and business needs
• Possessing CCNP Data Center, CCNP Enterprise, DevNet Professional, CCIE Data Center, CCIE Enterprise, or DevNet Expert certifications will be a key advantage.

• Develop, evolve, and sustain key elements of the Causal-AI based Forecasting system for Aggregated Demand.
• Analyze and sharpen the causal consideration of global financial markets, macro-economics, micro-economic and competitive factors in the Demand Forecasting models.
• Engineer model features from broad internal and external structured and unstructured datasets, discover and improve the natural segmentation for Demand based on these factors, determine causality of the factors, and incorporate them into structural causal models.
• Develop high-quality, accurate models that are robust and have a long shelf life.
• Solve complicated research problems that push the boundaries of structural causal modelling and scale to Enterprise and Supply Chain business applications.
• Work closely with business leads and experts in Global Planning, other Supply Chain functions, Finance, and other Cisco organizations to understand relationships and patterns driving Cisco demand.
• Develop and evolve reliable approaches for uncertainty quantification to enable scenario/range forecasts
• Research and develop new methods to reconcile between forecasts at multiple product hierarchy levels, multiple time horizons, and different forecasting approaches.
• Leverage and incorporate appropriate machine learning approaches including customization of recently published research as needed to build better Causal AI solutions.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior data scientists and data engineers in the team, helping shape the skills and values of the next generation of Cisco data scientists.

• 6+ years of Advanced Analytics experience with a Masters Degree or 4+ years with a PhD in a Mathematics or Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Econometrics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in AI and machine learning, with a theoretical and practical understanding of Causal machine learning approaches.
• Expertise in Python, with advanced data analysis and data engineering skills, including using SQL, experience git version control.
• Demonstrated structured wrangling and mining skills from data, and problem-solving skills using machine learning, including in real-time hackathon-like settings.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with an ability to unpack complex problems, and articulate AI/ML approaches, solutions, and results for non-technical audiences.

• Experience with global financial markets, macro-economics, micro-economics, econometrics, and financial datasets.
• Substantial experience using Causal AI and Structured Causal Models in time series settings.
• Substantial experience in time series forecasting for demand use cases and/or other complex or dynamic domains like marketing/pricing
• A practical and effective approach to problem-solving using AI/ML and a knack for envisioning, translating business requirements into analytics requirements, and realizing feasible data science solutions.
• Demonstrated team leadership, project management, and business stakeholder influencing skills
• Experience mentoring team members to improve their own technical and project management skills.

• Drive the evolution of security services in line with specific theater needs and aligning where appropriate with company initiatives
• Supplying to the definition and development of Cisco's security services
• Serving as technical subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact between multiple parts of the business
• Taking a process-oriented approach to the definition and management of service development lifecycle.
• Deliver enablement session in a Train the Trainer model to scale CX Product Knowledge
• Collaborate on lab implementation efforts to empower CX teams in their service delivery initiatives.
• Partner closely with customers across Finance, Transactability, Service Delivery, IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
• Supply to the digitization of our asset management capabilities to scale
• Shape offer strategy and regularly update the quarterly offer roadmap
• Assist on offer-related critical issues and deliver on sensitive communications
• Interlock with CX Architecture Business Product Managers to ensure services and capabilities are aligned to the appropriate offers

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ years' related experience
• Experience working as Security architecture
• Demonstrates strong consultative skills in understanding customer business challenges and engaging in joint problem solving
• Relevant technical and product management certifications

• Familiar with software for project and product management
• Intermediate knowledge of data center & enterprise networking architectures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
