What you’ll do
Build and manage a sales pipeline, leveraging your local knowledge to expand the restaurant selection available for customers.
Own the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals that drive significant business growth.
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships by communicating the value of Uber Eats and our newest product features to help restaurants reach their business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Operations and Account Management to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and set new partners up for long-term success.
Proactively identify and redesign inefficient processes to ensure the Uber Eats team can move quickly and succeed at a massive scale.
How you’ll spend your time
Basic qualifications
At least 1 year of professional sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing a sales pipeline.
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales activities and pipelines.
Preferred qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry is a plus.
A resourceful, persistent, and highly motivated attitude, with a relentless drive to achieve goals and overcome objections.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
