In this role, you will…
- Lead the Operations organization in development of necessary IT requirements (SFDC and other tools) to support the iTero Sales and Clear Aligner sales team Sales force and work cross-functionally with the relevant departments to ensure the requirements.
- Japan logistics, and customer interfacing activities, contracts, iTero system, IDS (Invisalign Doctor Site) master maintenance, Address book management, timetables, and business activities.At the same time, this position will also be responsible for learning and understanding the order to cash process across various systems.
- Implement, automate, and optimize a solid funnel management process & dashboards in partnership with the various sales channels.
- Serves as liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate process knowledge.
- Researching new ways and alternative methods to improve operational efficiency.
- Creation of business standard procedures and smooth operations
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent,
- Must be able to develop and deliver effective presentations.
- Internal corporate, project management and execution and operational experience preferred.
- Project oriented / project driven background and a hands-on, roll up the sleeves attitude.
