Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes.
  • Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements.
  • Partner with various departments to understand business trends.
  • Drive business or process improvements within the function.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Promote transparent reporting and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics and evaluating progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Demonstrated ability to champion operational excellence, foster adaptability, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience evolving agile workflows and cross-team collaboration models, proactively resolving inefficiencies through scalable, AI-driven solutions.

  • Strong track record in scaling teams through process reengineering, the development of structured onboarding frameworks, and the establishment of best practices for organizational knowledge sharing, project intake, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Hands-on experience owning and optimizing unit operational systems of record (e.g., OKRs, business reviews, sprint cadences, strategic dashboards), with a focus on designing and refining data-driven operating models to enhance accountability and inform decision-making.

  • Expertise in developing and executing AI and ML strategies, governance, and usage policies by identifying and deploying high-impact use cases across operational workflows, business insights, and decision support.

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a thought partner to executive leaders, connect strategy to delivery and scale, and lead change management by translating strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and strong governance.

  • Proficiency in building executive-level reporting and insight presentations that clearly communicate priorities, and experience collaborating with global working groups to share knowledge and pilot new organizational capabilities.
