4 years of experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance or a related field (e.g., records management, data governance, etc.).
2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting development and on-boarding of a new policy or decision-making framework, legal technology or managing existing technology and related processes.
Experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to program leadership.
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence key partners and stakeholders.
Ability to develop and understand strategy.
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, leveraging sound business judgment and management.
