As a Product Management professional in our Corporate Sector, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

You will partner directly with the Headcount & Expense Platform Product Owner and other senior leaders across CFO, FP&A, Business Management, Technology and HR to help drive the strategy and future operating model for the firm’s financial planning and forecasting processes.

You will be responsible for supporting the vision and execution of a multi-year end to end transformation of headcount and direct expense planning/forecasting processes. You will work closely with internal customers and stakeholders to determine efficiency of current processes, gaps in capabilities, and areas of enhancement. You will simultaneously partner with the Technology teams on the prioritization, design and delivery of new product features to simplify & refine the user experience for Planning & Analysis, as well as Finance & Business Management stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product Development team, LOB Business Managers, P&A teams, Technology teams and other stakeholder groups to develop a headcount and expense planning tool and future vision, and drive changes to current business processes
  • Align with a cross functional team of product resources to plan and execute product agenda
  • Help execute on defined objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success / failure
  • Partner with IT to create product stories; influence and lead the UX / UI design
  • Create and cultivate a product backlog; prioritize and aid in oversight of end-to-end product delivery
  • Drive progress of product roadmap across the organization and influence stakeholders to align with objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors
  • 8+ years of financial management and/or planning experience in a complex financial organization; Finance, Transformations and Planning & Analysis experience
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills (verbal and written). Proven ability to act independently with excellent decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects and initiatives at same time
  • Strong leadership skills with experience working in a demanding global environment
  • Strong influencing and partnering skills with a proven ability to execute on large-scale initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience with agile product planning, issue resolution and negotiation. Ability to identify and mitigate risk based on company and industry guidelines
