WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Field Execution: Support the development and delivery of regional field marketing plans aligned with North American market priorities. Assist in coordinating localized campaigns, partnerships, and activities to drive brand awareness and generate demand.
- Event Management: Assist in planning and executing field marketing events, such as regional trade shows, conferences, hosted events and campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of in-person and virtual events.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to provide marketing assets and resources that support outreach efforts. Help create tools and collateral to enhance prospect engagement and drive deal progression.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for the North America sales team. Track and report on campaign effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
- Regional Market Insights: Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to help shape marketing strategies and enhance campaign success.
- Operations & Logistics: Manage the inventory, distribution, and logistics of marketing swag for North America events and campaigns. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Brand Enablement: Act as a brand advocate, ensuring that field marketing materials align with company messaging. Support the field team with branded collateral and help nurture relationships with industry partners and customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity. Enjoying working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a must!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as someone who enjoys collaborating across functions
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.
- Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS). Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You’ll have an “inbox zero” mentality and be ready to tackle any task, whether it’s executing complex campaigns or handling last-minute logistics.
