Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to define goals, objectives and requirements
• Flexible management of multiple project activities simultaneously, maintaining strategic view that aligns with the organization North Star
• Align project objectives with the business strategy and IT requirements
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and key developments
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Architects, UX and Operation Experts
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and project needs
• Ensure effective communication among all team members, keeping everyone aligned and informed
• Execute and monitor critical situations with high visibility

What you bring:

• 6+ years in Project Management role
• Excellent English skills, verbal & written
• Excellent communication, presentation & moderation skills,to effectively engage with stakeholders
• Experience working in a global,virtual team environment
• Ability to lead & motivate, delegate tasks, and manage a diverse group of individuals with different expertise Strong analytical, troubleshooting,and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve challenges and address potential roadblocks
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure & technologies, and how they relate to business needs
• Experience in Product Mgr. role and AI is a plus
• Knowledge with pre-sales & sales processes & technologies is a plus
• Experience in tools like Mural, LeanIX & Signavio is a plus
