Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to define goals, objectives and requirements
• Flexible management of multiple project activities simultaneously, maintaining strategic view that aligns with the organization North Star
• Align project objectives with the business strategy and IT requirements
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and key developments
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Architects, UX and Operation Experts
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and project needs
• Ensure effective communication among all team members, keeping everyone aligned and informed

What you bring:

• 3+ years in Project Management role
• Good English skills, verbal & written
• Good communication, presentation and moderation skills, to effectively engage with stakeholders
• Experience working in a global, virtual team environment
• Ability to lead and motivate, delegate tasks, and manage a diverse group of individuals with different expertise
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve challenges and address potential roadblocks
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies, and how they relate to business needs
• Experience in Product Owner role and AI is a plus
• Knowledge with pre-sales and sales processes and technologies is a plus
• Knowledge in tools like Mural, LeanIX & Signavio is a plus
