A day in the life
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll start your day collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify security challenges in our transportation network. Your time will be split between conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA), fine-tuning models, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You'll have opportunities to push boundaries in applying cutting-edge AI techniques to real-world logistics challenges, while also sharing your knowledge with team members through mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions.1. - Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
- 4+ years of data scientist experience
- 5+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- Knowledge of AWS tech stack (e.g., AWS Redshift, S3, EC2, Glue)
- Experience with statistical models e.g. multinomial logistic regression
- Experience working with scientists, economists, software developers, or product managers
