- Architectural design responsibilities typically applicable to the role include but not limited to:
- Work through all design phases starting from Feasibility phase, concept, basic and detail design in either a lead role or a supporting role as assigned to a project.
- Ability to generate design options for site plans, building layouts, elevations, sections, 3d models meeting the set project objectives, applicable statutory norms and fulfil client expectations.
- Prepare project related Architectural presentations using hand sketches or software tools as appropriate to convey design intent clearly to clients.
- Generate relevant drawings, documentation and detailing for Architectural elements per project stage and requirements meeting the required quality and agreed schedule and allocated work hour budgets.
- Work with assigned team members who may include other Architects, Arch. Designers or trainees and provide guidance, direction, and clarity to fulfill agreed project aims and objectives when working as a lead or supporting role. Report progress and flag any project related concerns to project management and reporting manager. Author Design Basis reports and other documentation per project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, internal project team leads, other members and relevant stake holders for engineering coordination, sharing updates.
- Travel for client meetings, presentations, project requirements or for short term assignments either within the country or internationally.
- Follow company quality systems, standards, and policies.
- Provide support to the department in training and mentoring new employees
- Provide support for the complete project construction cycle including but not limited to:
- Preparing, checking, compiling, and issuing required construction drawings, technical specifications, material quantities, tendering documentation, generate reference cost estimates.
- Review received vendor bids, issue technical clarifications, attend meetings per requirements, perform techno commercial evaluation and issue technical recommendations.
- Review and approve vendor technical submittals and drawings.
- Travel to site as required for evaluating construction quality, adherence to design intent or for technical clarifications.
- Software related responsibilities typically applicable to the role include but not limited to:
- Aware of BIM software, BIM Standards and LOD levels its usage in Architecture and in relation to a project requirement.
- Planning with and guiding a team of Architects, Designers or Revit modelers in developing a BIM model that meets LOD requirements per design phases of the projects.
- Periodically review the BIM model / Review files and ensuring quality control on the model and checking for / guiding the modelers in extracting layouts from the 3D model like Architectural Plans, elevations, sections, drawings, clash resolution.

Full time B. Arch (5 years, 10 semesters) from an Institute recognized by the Council of Architecture India
Shall be registered with the Council of Architecture India or shall do at the earliest to be recognized as an Architect.
