As a Fund Servicing Associate within the Fund Servicing operations you will be responsible for the smooth and seamless execution of all Capital and Expense transactions to meet and exceed client service level agreements and expectations. The role involves people management, coaching and development, escalation/issue management, process improvement, and transactional reviews.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and team leaders and ensure all key performance indicators are exceeded.
- Handle and resolve escalations from external and internal parties. Review and implement control changes to ensure operational risks are mitigated.
- Perform review of processed instructions by team members and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions processed.
- Work with various internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Trades, Futures, FFX, Income Accounting, COACS, Managed Funds, Global Derivatives, and Reconciliations to ensure exceptions, breaks, and any client impacting issues are resolved timely.
- Strong understanding of Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution
- Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines. Escalate issues to Senior Management as necessary
- Attend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items

Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Subject matter expertise in fund accounting or strong financial markets product knowledge preferred
