We are looking for an antitrust litigator with great judgment and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day progress of antitrust matters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in handling competition-related cases at the trial court and appellate levels. This role requires a litigator with highly efficient time management skills and the ability to strategically run litigation matters from beginning to end.
- 7-10+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including significant experience leading competition-related litigation.
- Significant experience managing experts and expert-related discovery.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
- Strong technology interest and aptitude.
- Meaningful trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
