Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ years of Software Development Domain Experience
• Strong development experience with REST API based microservices development using languages such as Java, Go, Python
• Expertise in design patterns
• Knowledge of relational databases, noSQL databases & Kafka.
• Experience working with container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
• Experience of automation, test automation.& CICD principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information
• Ability to work effectively as part of a world-wide, agile development team
• Proven track record of being able to own development projects from design through implementation and delivery
• Linux skills, preferably in RHEL
• Proficient in both spoken and written English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferred experience in one or more cloud data platform such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP
• Preferred experience in collaboration with data scientist in data exploration and machine learning
• Experience with secure engineering / SPbD practices
• Certification in data engineering, machine learning, or AI.
