• Collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to define, design, and deliver a best-in-class user experience that will achieve our business objectives
• Develop a deep understanding of our users by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Map possible scenarios and create detailed product flows
• Take ownership of the full design cycle, from collecting inspiration through conducting user research to creating pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios from development to delivery
• Ensure consistency by adopting and applying Elementor’s design system
• Promote winning ideas and decisions as a valuable member of our design team

• 5+ years of design experience at a product-focused tech company
• Experience working on an early stage (“0 to 1”) product
• Skilled at delivering end-to-end product workflows that cover multiple user scenarios and edge cases
• Innovative problem solver with a passion for transforming complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition with a keen sense of pixel-perfect design solutions
• A highly independent team player who doesn't require hand-holding
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires quick decision-making within a tight schedule
• A high-level of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience working on AI-powered products
• Familiarity with Elementor and WordPress
• Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design
