Unity Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft seamless, user-centered experiences across mobile touchpoints, from unboxing new devices to supporting the entire mobile lifecycle. As part of the product team, you’ll define and execute design strategies for Aura’s apps and services recommendation experiences, ensuring a cohesive and customizable UX that delights users while meeting partner needs. Working closely with product managers, R&D teams, and other stakeholders, you will drive innovation, refine the user journey, and develop scalable design systems.
What you'll be doing

• Design and optimize seamless, user-centered experiences across various touchpoints, from device unboxing to every stage of the mobile device lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers and R&D teams to develop intuitive interfaces for our apps and services recommendations, ensuring a cohesive and custom user experience tailored for both partners and end-users.
• Drive the design strategy to expand our portfolio of unique user touchpoints while maintaining partner control and aligning with Aura’s vision.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design solutions and continually refine the user journey.
• Create and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and scalability of the product’s UX/UI across multiple platforms and experiences.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated ability to translate user needs and product requirements into scalable and impactful solutions.
• Proven track record designing for mobile apps, client-facing platforms, or other digital products, ideally with a commercially successful user interface.
• Expert in Figma - including auto layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing and design research, including proficiency in using analytics to validate design decisions.

You might also have

• Familiarity with Android design guidelines and mobile app ecosystems.
• Experience in AI implementation in product design work flows.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.

This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English.
