As part of our Transformation Design and Execution (TDE) team, you will work with the senior leadership teams in our key accounts to structure and implement change, as well as creating the capability within our clients to drive change. You will merge your domain experience with program management knowledge to implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value.
Our clients are seeking and hiring a new type of Transformation Design expert – one who can integrate a background in energy with the delivery and success of their programs; someone who can talk both the language of consulting and of engineering. Our client stakeholders expect a consultant with strong engineering or process industry experience. Traditional consulting vendors often cannot provide the focused services that our energy clients now demand.

As a Project and Program Manager specialized in Business Performance within the field of Transformation Architecture and Delivery, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing projects that align with our strategic goals. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies will drive project success, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality are managed effectively.
Your key responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be accountable for managing and delivering multiple processes, solutions, and projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and risk management. You will be responsible for:
- Continual improvement of processes and identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis.
- Managing a team of professionals or supervising tasks to deliver complex technical initiatives, with a focus on performance outcomes.
- Applying in-depth expertise to provide guidance and resolve internal/external business issues, recommending and implementing quality solutions.
- Location and travel requirements will be as needed by the client, with regular travel forming an essential part of the role.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a relevant field such as professional service consulting in a client facing role or specialized expertise in the field of Oil, Gas & Chemicals
- Expertise in change management.
- Proficiency in variousdelivery methodologies.
- Program structuring and governance.
- Project management tools and leading teams.
- Complex problem-solving and digital fluency.
- Competence in defining and governing projects and programs, as well as managing resources, finances, and quality to deliver value.
- Data science. Has helped develop centralized data assets or products, or at least has a good grasp of data science
- PMO skills – SAFE Agile certification, knowledge of ADO and how to structure large programs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experiences.

- Effective change management skills to help manage transitions within the organization.
- Negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes and build client trust and value
- In-depth sector knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $127,100 to $233,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $152,500 to $264,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
