Position title: Field Marketing Support - Early Career Talent
Duration: 6 months up to 2 years
Target Start Date: May 2025
The Team is looking for three (3) recent graduates to focus on the following roles:
- Field Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Field Marketing and Partner Marketing
- Field Marketing and Adoption Program
Tasks descriptions:
Responsible for supporting in the delivery of the marketing demand generation and revenue objectives as defined within a specific sales area-based territory for the current year Go-To-Market plan and priorities. Responsible for supporting demand generation and acceleration through effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs and campaigns including the relevant use of account-based marketing data-driven marketing, inside marketing, digital marketing, events, and more. Look beyond return on investment of own activities and work across the entire marketing organization to assure optimal return on marketing investment for SAP.
- Business Suite NN Marketing - Digital Marketing: End-to-end virtual events management, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event actions. This involves selection, scheduling, creation of internal communications and customer invitations, speaker and content management, attendees’ follow-up (thank you emails), and lead follow-up management. Webinars will include Global, LAC and local ones, including those defined by Partner Marketing. The role will be responsible for meeting the target quota for generating new pipeline. This role also includes contributing ideas to enhance the digital marketing plan: Social Media, digital experience.
- Partner Marketing: Marketing planning support, definition, and monitoring of the Partner Marketing plan, both internally and in contact with partners and the SAP ecosystem. Logistical support in sponsorship sales and management. Partner engagement. Lead the execution of Co-Marketing events, SAP Led with the participation of partners, and Partner Led as assigned. Development Funds program management. Creation of consistent sponsorship proposals across the region, incorporating internal and market best practices.
- Field Marketing and Adoption Program: Planning, definition, and execution support of the regional adoption marketing plan. Reporting and internal communications: Calendar, one-pagers. Leading the execution of Customer Success Days, interacting with the relevant stakeholders. Creation of internal marketing assets: Communications, result emails, highlights. Management of invitation process. ABM program execution support.
Education:
- Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
- Preferably not exceeding 1-2 years from graduation
- Preferably in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related
